I traded-in two vehicles for a newer one from Auto North. At first I wasn't happy with the trade-in value they gave me for my vehicles and complained to the salesman regarding this. The owner of the company called me and asked me to come into his office to discuss the problem and to find a resolution. The owner offered to delete the deal and return my two vehicles to me or he would give me $1000 in cash if I wanted to keep the new vehicle and not undo the deal. I decided to keep the vehicle because I really liked it and the owner was very nice. He even offered to fire the salesperson who gave me the wrong quote of the trade-ins but I told him that wasn't necessary. They really are great to buy from.

They worked with us. Our credit was not the best but they found a lender that is not to unreasonable, considering our circumstances.



The truck is wonderful and as promised. They have honored the warranty and have done some minor repairs at no cost to us. After they did an oil change for us they also did a free inspection and it was noted we did not have a spare tire. Very important and expensive. At the time of the purchase we were and quot;excitedand quot; we got the truck that it was overlooked by us. 6 months passed and my husband went in and told them that we did not get the spare and they gave it to him! Who does that In this world! Auto North that is who. Would not hesitate to buy from them again
