They offered excellent service and scheduling.  Their prices were in-line with other companies.

Very courteous, friendly etc. The only reason I didn't give them an A on price and quality of work is I don't have any frame of reference for piece and I suppose quality is a matter of no problems with the tank in the next few months, but I certainly don't anticipate any. Roger St. Onge was the one who came to my house and was very proud of the fact that it is a 3 generation business. I also like that they put you on a reminder list and based on the number of people living in my home, will follow up with me in two years. It is nice to have someone else looking after my home too. I am elderly and if anything should happen to me, the septic tank may be the last thing the children worry about. But now I know Mr. St. Onge will call and remind them. I really admire that efficiency. He is very personable and concerned to make a good impression on his customers. I strongly recommend him. :)

A year and a half years ago, our tank backed up. St. Onge came out immediately and pumped out the tank. We were impressed then. The sewer lines backed up again and we called thinking we needed the tank pumped out again. When Roger heard we called, he thought the tank didn't need pumping. He came to the house within two hours and discovered the line between the house and tank had broken in three places. He put a temporary fix on the pipe and is coming back tomorrow to replace the entire line. I commend this company for the level of service they provide.

I called to schedule a routine pumping, they had an appointment available a week later. The service truck showed up bright and early (not too early), got right to work, answered my questions, and explained the tank alarm to me.
