It did not go well. She listed the apartment on more than 50 sites and it was listed incorrectly. We told her that we did not want utilities included and she pushed and pushed for more money. She tried to get more on the apartment than it was worth. I sent her a number of emails with local comparisons and she did not research it enough. We said no dogs and she presented a client with a dog. She also tried to increase the rent in order to include utilities. She has incredibly bad listening skills and will try to manipulate people in order to rent apartment(s). When we contacted her, she stated that she did not have time and we were wasting her time.

It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. She would lie. I went through the walk through with her and my son and his friends who were renting the house for college. We signed the lease, did the walk through, she signed off on everything and then ended up charging us $3000. It was supposed to be furnished, and she took out half the furniture. She used us to do all sorts of repairs. Reseeding the lawn, snaking the drains, charging us $2500 a month for rent for college students. It was a terrible experience. She would charge us for things that were broken before they moved in. She claims that we shortchanged her on rents and were late on payments. I never want to work with her again.
