septic tank
+ -1 moreI hired Bob Wike at the end of March for a new septic system. He collected a $5800.00 deposit that day. He did not return until mid June with his backhoe to dig up my front yard for a test pit. A couple weeks later he told me it failed. Then because 50 percent of my neighbors septic systems were failing. I asked Bob to not do anything else because we as a group were asking the town for public sewer. We were approved in July. I told Bob And he agreed he owed me some money back. He was going to figure it out. Needless to say, he hasn’t made any attempt to pay me what he owes me at all. Just keep pushing me off.
Description of Work: The only job that was performed was a test pit with a backhoe, done with out a permit.
