Ben Brown is a terrible business man. We have a metal roof put on my Rocky Branch Builders and paid top dollar (18K) for them to take 9 months to complete. 3 Years later, It needs repair. They took over a month to even look at the repair as I had water coming into the house. They fixed the roof and when I questioned the bill (itemized) and asked about the warranty, this is the answer I got: Ben, Can you items this bill for $1,112? I thought it was a small fix and under warranty? Of course there is no warranty on this. You let the snow and ice build up beyond the capacity if the few ice breakers you bought originally. I have the texts to prove you guys approved the work to be done. If you want piece of mind purchase even more than we have already installed. You know exactly what we did there. The bill is the bill. We re-did the boots. Removed the fragments of the old ice breakers. Installed all new stuff and a few extra ice breakers. Its plane old dumb that you would come at me this way. But I am not surprised. You have 14 days to pay. After that it will be considered late and subject to all fees. If for some reason this is an issue. Please never contact me again! Ben Thanks Ben. This started out great, however numerous things were left undone, including:
No doors on any room in the interior. Doors seemed warped and hard to put back
No radiator covers put back over the baffles
Windows painted shut in multiple rooms (despite an enormous bill for painting)
Paint peeling in Living Room, painting poor in other rooms
Skylights covered with paint
Bathrooms not completed (Caulk)
Kitchen lights not working, exterior lights not working.

They are so good! He is probably the best snow plow guy that I've seen in my entire life. He does awesome work. I would highly recommend him to others. His prices are competitive and he does charge by the season. I have a good sized, steep driveway and needed more than the average customer and he did a wonderful job.
