This is an addendum to my submitted on 7/15/17, and should be added to my original review. Upon using the entrance door to my garage I found the access door sticks. It takes more effort than necessary to open and completely close this door. I called Jay and advised him of the problem and he said he would be here today (7-18-17) to lower the threshold under the door. He did not show to fix the threshold. I would do it myself but my emphysema does not allow me to do this chore. But hey - he got his money why should he care now.

Very satisfied with the work Jay and his helper did. His estimate of the job cost was spot on, no surprises there. His clean up of the area also was spot on.
