I like them. They did very good work. They were very efficient and they came quickly. I was really satisfied. They got everything up and running. They were available, they came when they said they would and they got the job done efficiently I love them back anytime to do more work and I really appreciate their service. The guy who came was very personable.

They gave the correct estimate and stuck to their estimate. They were reliable, clean, and did an efficient job.

Penco rep. called immediately following my emergency call to determine if we could wait for service overnight (Sunday) or not. After it was determined that situation was ok until the morning, the service tech was at my house at 7am on Monday morning and repaired problem and replaced additional valves that might've gone bad in next few months as well.

The worker came and worked steady the whole time he was here. He explained everything he was doing so I could understand what he was doing. When he cut the sewer line to pull out the pump the other end broke off so he had to call the office to get a long enough replacement pipe. They brought some right over and the down time was non existent cause he kept working on putting in the new pump. Peter Nelson is the most honest and pleasant individual I have ever work with. His crew actually did the entire plumbing system in my home when it was built. It has radiant floor heating in the basement and 2 full baths. There is a board in the basement that shows every water line and is clearly marked where each on goes to. It's like a work of art. Plumbing is not cheap but he is completely within the ballpark on price. Would only go to them with a plumbing problem.

The plumber went right to work and solved the problems rather quickly. It took a little less than an hour. He was personable and efficient.

It was very quick, they sent someone right out. It only took about an hour. The young man that came out was very pleasant and told me everything he was doing, and didn't mind me watching. It is always excellent service. The owner is the one that installed the system and he is the nicest and most honest person I have ever dealt with.

I called hoping that I could get somebody to come out fairly quickly for a 20 minute job.
The floor under my water heater was being replaced. I needed somebody to come in and disconnect the water heater, drain it, and then just move it into a corner for about a week.
Called Penco at about 8 pm one evening, they called back the next morning and came out immediately.
It was great.
Once the floor was done I called them back and the very next morning they came back out to hook it back up.
Very fast, Very professional, very reasonable prices.

I have used them for many years. He does a good job and is reliable. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg.
