They were unable to get out some particularly tough stains, which I had hoped they would, but in general my carpets ended up very clean. I used a daily deal for 3 rooms, hoping to get 2 rooms and a sofa, but they would not change the terms. I was slightly disappointed by that.

I called them about a microfiber couch, which was really filthy. It had water stains on it. I had used another company several years ago to fix it, but they got nowhere. These guys came out and looked at it and said that they could absolutely fix it failing which I did not have to pay them. They charged me $165 for a couch and a loveseat. I was so impressed with them that I will be using them for cleaning my carpets. I think they used oxygen. They definitely knew what they had to do with the microfiber. They knew the different materials. They also used a product to protect it. The couch is totally clean; I am not letting anyone sit on it. I will use this company again in the future.
