Flooring
It was an awful experience. First, he didn't come when he said he would, rather called to say he was out of town and would be three days late. Then, I didn't get the quote in writing, just over the phone, and halfway through the job, he added $100 to the price and claimed that was the amount he said over the phone. He was flippant, pushy, and unprofessional throughout the job. On top of it all, he did terrible work. It looked good while the grout was wet, but once it dried, I could see many of the tiles weren't level, the grout lines were extremely uneven, tiles with the same pattern were set next to each other, and after only two months the grout began to crack in numerous places and two tiles are now loose.
