epoxy flooring
 + -1 moreWent wrong at the point of getting a quote. First appointment set he was a no show, no call. I tracked him down and he says he forgot to add to his schedule. Second chance. We started waiting at our build site at noon. At 2pm we called and after a few minutes Nick called back and said he was on his way, eta 3/3:30. We waited. At 5:40 we started calling, voice mail full. Texted. Finally at 5:30 he texted back that he had a pipe break at the site he was working on could he come tomorrow. We had to chase him down after 6 hours of waiting to find out he wasn't coming. He could have easily texted us or called instead of leaving us hanging. If we hadn't called several times, texted several times we would have just been left hanging. Two days wasted waiting. Of course we are not going to hire them.
