We offer all aspects of property management, one of our principals is a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker for rentals and the other is fully schooled in all aspects of excaavation from lot clearing to septic installations. We do all that we can leagally do!! If we can not do it, we have subcontractors who can!

i wasnt there but all of my appliances and plumbing were drained and winterized. my roof was taken card of and if anything happens i will be notified. as i said before, i have had them do the above for three yeard without any problems.
