Raymond Defosses did excellent work and was very professional. We needed to have him return to test the antifreeze even though we had asked him to test it when he was doing the other work for us. When he returned we were charged a $75.00 set up fee. We asked about this fee and was told it would be included any time he needed to come to do work at,our home. I feel this fee is excessive. The labor and material charges were a little high but worth the extra expense because of the quality of the work.

The estimate and both jobs went very well. I found Ray to be very responsive to all my questions about the products he planned to install for us via both email and phone. The installation of all units went perfectly smoothly--no problems at all. Ray went above and beyond, offering to build a shelf in the basement so that particular heating unit would not have to sit on the floor.

i would use this company again as they did good work and there prices were reasonable

Excellent. Ray was professional and very helpful with making good choices with the size of the heating units. He also alerted us to a rebate from the company as well as a tax rebate. Job completed in just two days. Very pleased with his work.
