Cotnoir Drywall

We booked Jerry Cotnoir to perform work beginning 4/7/2014 and I closed my Bed and Breakfast to accommodate the dates booked. They promised that the work would be completed during the time required and stated they would work weekends if needed. Did not return call left on 4/5/2014, did not show up for work on 4/7 - and when I reached Jerry by the phone he stated that he had booked me for a week later as he was working on a very "important" job. When I stated that my job was important as I had closed my business and I have guests booked to come at Easter he said the job he was working on was more important. When I said he was not making me feel like a valued customer he told me to find someone else. Pretty much left a small business owner in the lurch. I'm sure he does great work but it's not useful of he doesn't show up.
