TERRIBLE PLACE>>>LACK OF ANY PROFESSIONISM...DO NOT STAY HERE>>>>No one will even give me a call back
Description of Work: We stayed here for 4 days Mon-Friday..It is a DUMP!!!!The halls are dark and stale..The carpets old and stained...THEN the heat and hot water went out..on Wednesday..I called in the morning and told it would be fixed..We went out and came home...it was cool but,not,too bad....That night it went to 62 degrees...I called in the am to report this and maybe to move to another unit.."Oh we're working on it"and "I can not autherize the move" Out to run around for the day...come back and STILL no heat or hot water..."OH ya we're working on it" Still can not move because the GM has to approve and they could not get in touch W/ that person...I LEFT @ 1030pm to drive 3 hours home...THANX MITTERSILL for leaving @ 9pm without the problem solved...DO NOT STAY HERE
