"MEmber did NOT state she didn't want the house. She stated she was ill and could not perform to the contract. Her mother stated concern about her buying the house. I asked Member to sign a Deposit Return Form as ALL Deposits are held pusuant to STRICT statutes of the NH Real Estate Commission. Once she finally signed the form, the owner signed it and her money was returned; no further questions or actions. The form she signed is on file for seven years."
