Traffic was heavy and my husband arrived at 0849 and was bluntly (and unpleasantly) informed that and quot;he was late and she had given our dog's appointment to another clientand quot;.My husband explained that traffice was heavy, he was on his way to work and he could not bring my dog to work with him. He called me to tell me of the events that had transpired. I asked him to request that Ms. Sweet keep my dog there until I could drive from our home to pick my dog up, which would take about 30 to 40 minutes. Upon arrival Ms. Sweet brought my dog out, would not meet my eyes, I asked that the problem was, she tossed my dog's leash at me, she did not answer and turned her back to me and went into the back of her shop. I was disappointed, furious and will never, ever do business with this person again.
