My upstairs unit is now working, thank to Dana and Jeff.
Dana has always been right on top of any problems that we have had with the main floor and upstairs' units. His team of technicians and Dana have always been very professional. If you have an appointment and someone is running late, you will always receive a call indicating an estimate of when they will arrive.
Dana works well into the evening and even on holidays ensuring that his customer are taken care of.
I would recommend Joy's HVAC to anyone looking to install central air conditioning in their home.
