All proceeded very smoothly. Good communication with Pete. Superb attention to detail including a few things that were not in the quote... Pete simply noticed a few necessary repairs around my house and he took care of these things for me. It would have been very difficult to find a contractor for these small repairs but it's great to have things in good shape now thanks to Pete! Great crew, cheerful, thoughtful, highly skilled. Beautiful porch in front of my house, replacing ugly concrete steps. A very nice job. Beautiful re-designed steps in the house for safety. Excellent job installing the new windows. A+ job. This was a big job but Pete made it go very smoothly and I am very happy with the results. I paid a fair price and Pete was open and honest at every stage.

We made two small bedrooms into one large room. Pete was professional and efficient. Everything was done to my wishes. He was here everyday and the work was finished in a very timely manner. He even showed up on a Saturday morning to make sure we were finish on time. Chris and her crew came in and finished the work painting all the walls. We are so happy with the outcome.

Our walls needed a lot of work...I wasn't really sure if they would ever look good again. Chris and her crew left us with an interior that is very nearly "new". They were prompt and courteous. Finally, I was particularly grateful to Chris for her attention to detail.

Pete and Chris have a focus on quality that is hard to find. I now have a beautiful custom made shower and upgraded two rooms with perfect paint jobs. Very pleased with the results and will continue to use Advantage on future projects.

Chris & Joel did a wonderful job on the interior painting of our home. They were prompt, friendly and courteous, and flexible with their starting times as we work an off-shift. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Chris, Pete, and their crew were outstanding. I was kept informed every step of the project. They start bright and early and work hard every minute they are here. We had a contract, but when they saw something that needed to be done beyond the scope of the project, it was done. I never had to question anything. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Chris and Joel did a great job. They were professional yet friendly, prompt, and kept me informed of changes including a slight delay because of a blizzard. Very professional and let you know what was going on during the project. Got the sub contractors at the appropriate times. Had to rearrange some of the order due to a delay in some of materials ordered. Kept us informed. Very happy with the work.

I found Chris and her employees to be polite, hard working, and very acceptable of anything I asked. She went beyond what I asked for by offering to paint surfaces not part of the job. She also used a better quality product she had leftover firm another job without charging me extra. They did their job quickly, quietly, and efficiently. She always let me know when they were coming and they were always on time. I feel confident in recommending them to friends and family. Best experience ever with a contractor.

we found them to be very professional and friendly. chris always called us before they came and always checked with us if she had any questions about the job . did a great job cleaning up before they left . the house looks great . if you want a great painting job we recommend chris and her crew

Paint used at first was not what I requested and they later got the correct paint, trust issue for I came from out of state to check on them. Requested 2 coats of paint on walls and trim, its thin in some areas. After closer review some areas were totally missed, so I will need to repaint some areas. Popcorn ceiling fix was not done correctly for they did not have proper equipment to do the job. Ceiling areas will need to be resprayed to get a closer match.

This company came when they said they would and did an outstanding job. Very happy.

We got our three season sunroom biuld and whole house painted fro Advantage Construction Company. Friendly people. We had great experience workingwith them. They will work with you until you are satisfird with the outcome.

Overall, good work done; however, I had to ask painter to repaint some areas that were not done properly the first time. They fixed them with no argument.

I was very satisfied with their work and they came when they said they would. They also called to ask if it was okay if they delayed the finish of my job because of bad weather and that was okay. Many times in the past I have had contractors just not show up at all with no phone call, etc. They were very pleasant and just good to deal with. I have no complaints at all. They did very good work and charged a fair price. Joe P.
