We used Terminix for years and, to be fair, they did a good job. However, they showed up and performed the routine treatment on a property we had sold. Even though we had previously informed them of the sale we were still charged. We paid the bill, but promptly CANCELLED the contract for our other property. Good service but POOR customer relations!

It was excellent. We have a contract with them. We've had the for a few years because they do such a nice job. Typically we just have them do the outside but if anything comes up, we call them and they are usually here within 24 hours and they take care of whatever is inside at that point. The gentleman that comes to do the spraying will actually call me before he comes, when he is in route, to make sure that I know he is on his way so we can have our dogs secured. Terminix calls and gives me a window but this gentleman calls and tells me when he is specifically coming, which I think is very helpful. We will absolutely continue to use them.

I can't say that I like or dislike them, we hire them because we have a problem with termites.  They come out and do their thing and we don't have a lot of interaction with them.  From what we can tell, they do a good job.
