SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE RV

I contacted Southern New Hampshire Quality Roofing in the summer of 2015 and hired them to replace my roof in the fall. It was a long job but they were there everyday (including Saturdays) at 7:30 am. They worked hard all day and did an excellent job. The foreman Jay was very professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. Of particular note 2 weeks ago I had some water dripping in my master bedroom from a ceiling fan/exhaust. Naturally, I thought it was roof related. Jay was there on Saturday and inspected my roof after removing snow. He calked a vent pipe and told me to keep an eye on it and text him if there were any further problems. The water continued dripping and Jay came over this morning and climbed into my attic. He found the problem. The hose that allowed condensation to exit the bathroom and leave the house vent had become clogged with ice. He removed the hose, went to Home Depot to replace it and returned to fix it. This was not a problem that was roof related but he went the extra yard and saw that my problem was fixed. Thank you very much. I would expect most contractors to have told me what the problem was and leave it to me to find someone to fix it but they didn't and I'm very grateful.
