Excellent inspector. This is my third home purchase and with this inspector he insisted I walk with him through the inspection which had not happened in at least one previous instance with a different company. He explained what he was looking at and what it meant, and pointed out things that would be very useful to a new home owner such as main water shutoff, recommendations for changes to outlets in the event they are used for what appeared to be their intended purpose (outlet that looks like it could be for a sump pump but was not GFCI) and recommendations for small things that aren't problems but could become ones.
