The inspection report was clear and well organized. Photographs were provided as well. The inspector seemed to spend a good amount of time looking the house over. However, during the first year of ownership I noticed many items which should have been caught during the inspection and were not brought to my attention. These were largely in the realm of water damage to wood. With the custom molding on this house these issues have been very costly to repair. One of the spots was in bad enough shape that the garage area was at risk for structural damage.
While it is difficult to identify every potential issue with the house, the number of missed items is sufficient for me to be annoyed. The deterioration visible to the naked eye that was missed in a few spots is sufficient for me to want to make this review available to others.

They were very personalized. He came with a digital camera and took a bunch of pictures of my house including the inside of the chimney. He pointed the camera up the flutes. It was a very thorough inspection.
