Their pricing is pretty good. I can always get in. They are like a local garage. They are not like a big chain so they get to know you. We have taken a few things into them where they just adjust a few things here and there at no charge because they know us. They take care of their customers.

I am a long time customer of Kerner's. Their customer service is excellent and they never talk down to me as a woman. I not only go their for oil changes but for all of my mechanical needs. They look at my car and let me know problem areas without ever giving me a hard sell. When getting an oil change they give me several options and explain what the differences are so I can make an informed decision that fits my budget. While I didn't opt for it this time, I really liked that green oil was one of my options.

The man who serviced my car was straight with me about what type of oil I should be using; even though it was more expensive to switch to synthetic, it was a very low pressure sale. He was going to put in the regular oil, and leave it up to me to contact the car manufacturer to see what they said. I felt he was very honest and straight forward. Quick service as well.
It would be nice though, if they had a water fountain or coffee pot available in the waiting area!
