Description of Work: Stopped in the store for a part that I couldn't find elsewhere. I didn't purchase anything but Melanie was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The prices are a bit higher, but you get what you pay for (brass fittings rather than the plastic ones in the box stores).

 + -1 moreJohn is a very friendly and knowledgable salesperson. He arrived on time and tested my water while we discussed the issues I was having. He asked a lot of questions to help him ascertain the exact problem. I had several concerns and we discussed each one. John also offered some advice as to hardware for a future project. Once I decided on which system, John wrote up the order and told me he would call when it was ready for delivery. Several days later, I heard from John and they delivered the equipment to my house as promised. Every thing was done in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend John and F W Webb for any plumbing jobs you have planned. They are knowledgable and can point out the pros and cons of all of their products so you get exactly what you need.
Description of Work: John Gobbi, from F. W. Webb, came to my home to test my water and discuss options for a filtering system. He arrived on time and checked and tested the water. He also cleaned out some of the screens and aerators inside the faucets. John then checked some of the other faucets and showed me how to gain access to the screen in the kitchen faucet which is a pull down, single lever faucet. We discussed several options that would address my problem and John was very friendly, professional and knowledgable.
