I really appreciated Matt's knowledge and honesty. He explained everything in detail. Repair services typically have a standard rate for coming to your home, but Matt gave me a discounted rate, because the job was a quick one. That definitely says a lot about Matt!

Matt was prompt, professional and courteous. I had an over the range microwave/convection oven that was not getting any power. I had called Richard's Appliance, to diagnose the issue and they said it needed a PC board and relay board, which would cost over 500 dollars. I paid 79.95 for the service call and decided that even though the unit was 1200 dollars new, it was 8 years old and it would be better to replace it. I purchased a new one at State Street Discount and was given Matt's name at Euro Appliance as an installer that they work with. He picked up the unit and when he showed up to replace it he asked if he could check something with the old one. He removed the panel and within 5 minutes diagnosed the issue as a blown overheat sensor, a twenty dollar part. He was able to make a temporary fix and ordered the new part and returned the new microwave for me that I no longer needed. I would use Matt again in a heartbeat. State Street was also great about taking the other microwave back for a full refund. I would not use Richard's Appliance again. The worst part about Richard's was that I told him I had researched the oven I had and there were a lot of complaints about blown TCOs. He assumed me that everything was working and that it needed the PC board and relay board.

He arrived on time. Then he examined the stove top and made recommendations based on the degree of damage and in accordance with our interests. He even made a few calls on our behalf to local retailers to see about availability of suitable
replacements. It was a weird European brand of stovetop as well, which was no problem. He knew his stuff! Good outfit. I'd use them again.
