Doug returned an emergency call in the evening within five minutes and was on-site the next morning. He and his crew fixed a broken copper heating pipe and purged air from the entire system, taking care to make sure the boiler and three zones all were working well. Very professional, very personable. I'll hire them again for sure.

Drummin picked up the electric hot water heater from the vendor where we purchased it and completed the installation of it along with up-grades to some of the mechanicals.  It was completed professionally and in a timely manner.

Douglas and his team were prompt, and efficient. The total job took two hours with no problems after the job was completed. The quoted price for the tank and installation was 25% less than the big box store quoted prices. I would use Drummin Pluming again and recommend them to my friends.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Drummin Plumbing and Heating. After several other plumbers I contacted did not return my call, I contacted Doug at Drummin Plumbing and Heating to diagnose and fix a plumbing leak that appeared that morning. Doug answered my call right away and was able to send one of his employees to my home that afternoon to do the work. The plumber arrived within the time frame Doug indicated and was very friendly, professional and thorough--he made the repair and the cost was reasonable. I got him off Angie's List. We recently recommended him to my sister n law in New Hampshire. He was very good and she is recommending him to other people They had a leak in the wall of there upstairs shower, it was causing a leak into the kitchen ceiling, and he fixed the leak. He was kindly, quickly, and reasonable. He also recommended someone to them to fix the kitchen ceiling and drywall Overall, he was a good resource. They were excellent. They had no complaint. I give them high ratings.

I found out at 2:15 p.m. that my 25+ year old gas hot water heater was dead. I called Doug Hinton at Drummin Plumbing and Heating in a complete panic. Doug was working out of town, but told me exactly what kind of replacement heater I needed, which I ordered at my local Lowe's. Doug picked it up a few hours later, and by 7:15 p.m. was working in my cellar. He took out the dead heater, installed the new one, and hauled away the old heater. He was done within 2 hours of arriving. I can't say enough about how terrific this guy is. This isn't the first time I've had to call Doug with an emergency (he installed sump pumps for me during a flood a while back and completely saved my a***), and I'm sure it won't be the last. He's a great plumber, an excellent drummer, and a very good guy.
