I have had very bad service from this company for the past 4 years. Was still a customer as they, after arguing, gave me the rate of others without having to swap the tanks and all associated with it. So, their sales guy Spenser caused us to not leave based on his miss information and we are stuck without leaving and signing with another company back in Nov, 09. Now we are in the middle of winter with no contract. This company has bas service and shaky billing practices.
