Arrived 2 hours late, with no phone call to let me know. No apology or reason. No written estimate. Made me crawl under home, which he should have done to shut off water. Was here a little over 2 hours, charges $375 for labor. I could see if he had to do dirty work, but this was pocket money.I felt he overcharged me. Total bill over $700 for a bunch of little things. Beware when someone does not offer you an estimate. I assumed he was in business for years, so he would be somewhat reasonable.

He has always helped me and always come around very quickly. On the new furnance he put it up on a steel table to help with a flooding problem. It was wonderful. He put it up very high so it would not flood again. It was specialized and it was his idea.
