+ -1 moreI was working on a gut remodel and needed replacement windows for a raw space. The total amount I was spending on Windows was 10,000. I made a mistake on two windows and notified CP immediately. Apparently you can spend as much as you want and they won't forgive a mistake. I had to pay full price for two windows even though I cancelled with plenty of time. I own a business. I take deposit in case there is cancellation. I don't make clients pay full price when they cancel with notice. Don't buy Marvin Windows from anyone. Bad cancellation policy.
