a simple fix and I was only charged for the house call

Everything is now working perfectly!

Technician diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He had the part with him and had it installed and working within 30 minutes. Fair, reasonable and courteous. I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone.

When I called, the tech who answered the phone walked me through some troubleshooting steps to see if I could solve it before sending someone out.
The tech was running behind schedule and was willing to come after the appointment time (which was after hours) and not charge me for overtime. He had the part on the truck and was fixed rather quickly and I was able to the refrigerator back up and running.

The repair technician showed up on time. He was very patient and explained things thoroughly. He also reviewed general care and maintenance of the machine and gave me a great tip on how to clean my washer.

Went very well, the provider arrived on time and was very professional.

I called them on Monday, Feb 10th,and answered questions relating to make, model, and symptoms.They could have come that same afternoon, but I was busy, so they came the following day. Very professional, very helpful, and yes, I'll use them again.

I was asked a series of diagnosis questions on the phone, which all pointed to the fan having broken. When they got here as described on the phone, they didn't have the exact part they needed but they have jury rigged a fix so we can use the fridge and freezer again until the part is in.
It took about a week and a half to get the parts, they came back and fitted the new fan and the fridge is working great. all in all a great experience.

Needed service on washing machine but after speaking with Dave , it was better to buy new machine than invest hundreds on older machine. Craig had also left a mesg on our phone regarding same prior to my conversation with Dave. Both were nice and professional and will definitely use them in the future.

Dryer repair. Saved a 35 year old dryer from certain death and restored it to functioning.

Very helpful. We ended up replacing the dishwasher several months later because it was near the end of its useful life but we appreciated this company's help in the interim. I've recommended them to friends. Great firm - prompt, courteous and competent. Couldn't ask for any more.
