Place is a 'little' odd..when you first walk in, there are all sorts of computers & parts everywhere. When you find one of the guys who works there, they probably will be working on something else, so don't expect typcial 'counter' service a la Geek Squad. You are walking into a computer warehouse that sells old computers and parts. Patience got a little frayed when I returned to pick my unit up as there was one guy in front of me and he was a bad leaver..once he was out of the way, the pick up went wll, all my old files on the laptop, and I even got my old hard drive back for backup/data security.
