When the stonemason came to install the driveway he discovered that we had 20% fewer cobblestones than what we needed. I called the company to order the additional cobblestones and was told I would be charged a $50 delivery fee for the extra cobblestones. I spoke with Paul, the original salesman, and told him that I did not think I should be charged for the delivery because he had miscalculated the amount of materials we needed. Paul was rude, yelled over me and claimed that my drawing didn't have dimensions. He said if he didn't calculate it correctly it was because my drawing wasn't right and it was too bad if I didn't like the $50 delivery charge. My drawing did have dimensions and if he had done the math correctly I would have had enough cobblestones. In addition to not having enough cobblestones, I will have over a half pallet of bricks left over. The reason I brought my dimensions to W.S. Goodrich was because I assumed they were professionals who could accurately calculate materials for me. I received the wrong quanitity of both the cobblestones and brick, had to pay a $50 delivery charge, was treated rudely and unprofessionally and I'm stuck with over a half pallet of brick I don't need. I would not recommend doing business with W.S. Goodrich. Customers deserve better.
