The project went smooth and finished as scheduled.

After seeing the beautiful job Pat did on the 200-year-old house down the street and the brand new house up the street, I really wanted to have him come in and paint two exterior walls on my home. The job was too small, but his brother Todd, who works for Pat, agreed to do it. Everything was going smoothly until Todd got a life threatening illness. Pat stepped in, got the job completed earning my gratitude along the way. Thanks Pat. The only reason I don't give him straight A's is the job dragged on a little longer than I'd have liked, due to his brother's illness. But given that Pat is so busy he earned the A in professionalism.

Superb service. Excellent client communications. Friendly and careful crew. Real attention to detail. He paid close attention to the weather, and didn't work when rain might have messed up the project. They did a good job cleaning up the worksite afterward. They are not the very cheapest, but going with the lowest bidder is a very bad idea indeed in the ocean environment (Plum Island, Mass) where my building is located.
