Paul was excellent. He contacted us promptly and did the work the same day. He was professional, neat and installed the front panel without any drama. He charged a flat fee which was communicated in advance. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul at MAPS and would definitely call him again.

Arrived on time ( the same day I called for service) and quickly assessed the problem. Offered me the price for parts and and labor but the dishwasher was too old to invest additional money. Could not have asked for more timely and professional service!

Paul returned our call immediately and came to our place to scope out the job that day. He had to order some replacement parts and returned to compete the job once the parts came in. He was knowledgeable of the appliances and was very personable to chat with during the repairs. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone needing appliance repairs and actually need him again for our dyer.

It's been months since the washing machine was repaired and it is still working.

Excellent. Called me in 5 mins. Arrived in 15 mins. Ordered part. Returned and repaired. On time and professional.

Went very well. Timely, friendly and efficient. Took two visits: one to diagnose and second to install the part after it was ordered. I recommend him highly.

Paul was great. He responded quickly and came exactly on time. He quickly determined that we needed a new ice maker, and he ordered it for a reasonable price. He returned a few days later and installed it. It works very well.

Paul was great. I called and left a message and he called me back shortly after I left the message. He came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged filter in the back of the unit.  Voila! I can do laundry again. I would definitely call him again if needed for any repairs.

The cold water was dribbling into the washing machine. Paul arrived a little late, but called to make sure I knew he was on his way. He was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with the washing machine. He showed me the grit stopping up the filter in the washing machine that the cold water hose hooks into (see my review on my broken water line - rust has already started to seep into the water before we had it fixed a week or two after this). This whole thing took less than 15 minutes. Next, Paul showed me how to thoroughly clean out the dryer vent by unscrewing the bracket that hold the removable vent-screen in place and reaching down in the machine to pull out lots and lots and lots of lint that I didn't even know was there. Although he fixed  my washing machine, was professional and awfully nice, I felt that $140 for a 20 minute visit was a little steep. Would I use MAPS Appliance Repair again? Probably, but I'd be prepared for the price.

Contacted initially because of oven not working, he called me back before the end of the day and was scheduled to come out and fix it shortly thereafter (based on my availability - which was great).  He was able to fix the oven that day and had to order a part for the broiler which he came back and installed a few days later.

Paul was very professional and I felt like I was treated more than fair.  I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

He met me at my son's home, found the problem, took a deposit, ordered the part and came back a week later and fixed the dryer.

Paul was amazing. He was very responsive, coming to help the same day that I called. He was very pleasant, knew what he was doing and was able to fix the problem. I would highly recommend him and use him again. We were in quite a bind due to new babies and the need for a working dryer and he went out of his way to help us. He was very reasonably priced as well.

Paul comes when he says he will, he does the job well and charges a very fair price. I have never been disappointed.
