Langdon construction built our home 3.5 years ago. And I caution anyone to think twice in working with this company. Soon after we moved in we ran into small, but numerous issues. While under warranty we reached to Paul Langdon to have items resolved, and he barely ever replied. And when we would finally talk, he would blame other contractors for items, and rarely took ownership. After a long while, our items were addressed. But not without us feeling as though we were chasing someone down. In the past few months we have discovered that our leach field failed - in a brand new home - to no fault of our own. This comes with a replacement price tag of 15k+. In communicating with Paul on this issue he never once showed any empathy for the situation. When we spoke on the phone he talked down to me, was condescending and hung up on me. He also made negative comments about other companies we have been working with to diagnose this issue. This speaks volumes to his character. I beg anyone who is looking to build a home to steer clear of working with Langdon construction. I’ll make sure that none of my family or friends do.
