 + -1 moreFirst they clear cut 2 acres of land then got approval fro a 6 month project to flatten a hill. 3 years later there was a cliff 15 ft from my property line. I called the town of epping's building inspector to see the project. The building inspector told me it was a exteme landscaping project and the town has no jurisdiction over extreme landscaping. A big lie! I ended up going in front of boards and they told be lots of things but never did anything.He apparently brags about working in the grey area. If that is the kind of person you want working for you good luck.
Description of Work: Gatchell Excavation had a 4 year illegal excavation project going on in my neighbors property.They worked nights and weekends all summer. Even starting work at 7 on many sundays. The end result being a pond in a aquifer protection district. There is not supposed to be any excavation within 8 ft of the seasonal high water. So I would think that would mean no ponds. My town turned a blind eye but I want people to know what kind of buisness Gatchell Excavation is.
