I had no water pressure on a Saturday afternoon.  Epping Well & Pump answered the phone and promptly sent a knowledgeable and capable crew to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot.  They had the right parts with them, and the technicians were courteous and professional.  I would use them again.

The crew arrived within about 45 minutes and immediately set to work diagnosing the problem. Once the problem was defined, they brought me an estimated cost for the repair. They immediately set to work making the needed repairs (i.e.- replacing the wiring and the well pump). They worked around the fact that my deck was blocking the area they had to work, and made the repairs without a problem. Within 3-4 hours of my calling them I had a new well pump! They even went further and made an adjustment, so we have better water pressure in the house! I will definitely call them again if I need anything.
