Chris Prior was great to work with - he came out promptly given the severity of our situation, got us a quote within a couple of days despite how busy they were, and got us on the schedule almost immediately. Whenever I had a question for him, he responded immediately.
Nicole in the office was also great to work with - very friendly and always responded right away.
The onsite crew, however, was hit or miss. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, did a great job treating the mold, and did an amazing job cleaning up the work site (my basement has never looked this clean!). However, proactive communication from the company was spotty/nearly non-existent and the on-site crew did THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage to the property.
They tore up part of our lawn/left giant grooves in our lawn from their tool trailer (I expect that from the dumpster, but not from their vehicle). They didn't take the outlet covers off the walls before ripping off the sheet rock, thereby bending or breaking many of the covers (most of which are not standard off-white plastic, but instead, more expensive metal decorative plates, many of which are older and no longer available for sale so if you break one you have to replace them all). They broke two window sills (the actual wooden sill). They ripped the sheet rock off the walls with such force in places I had outlet/wiring boxes dangling by their wires (the boxes themselves were pulled off the walls/off of the studs). They took all the trim in the house (baseboard, chair rail, and window trim) off and piled it IN ONE GIANT PILE (without labeling it) - there's no way our GC can figure out where every single piece goes in a 2500 square foot, two story, house so it all has to be thrown away and new bought (at a cost of over $6,300). The company has offered no compensation/consideration for all of this damage. I got an apology from Nicole, the office manager/assistant, but not from anyone official at the company.
The work crew put four large HEPA vacuum fans in the house - one on each floor. After the initial two weeks of work, I went onsite and no one had been onsite all week but the fans were left running. I had to call and ask why no one was onsite - I was told they had to wait 10 days to do the asbestos removal in the kitchen. Okay, fine (why did no one tell us that?) but why were the fans left running then since the mold treatment had been completed throughout the rest of the house? I was told the fans didn't need to be running and I returned to the house and turned them off myself - after they had been running unattended, day and night, unnecessarily for a week and a half (this was an additional time AFTER the fans had been running for 2 weeks during the mold remediation), running up our electric bill unnecessarily.
There's been some loose ends left - Nicole has been lovely to deal with to wrap everything up and I wouldn't normally fuss too much about this except all the impetus has been on us to follow up. If I didn't ask about certain things (like where the post removal asbestos report is) then I would never get them. Overall, while this company is really friendly and easy to work with, I feel like they were stretched too thin, maybe, their communication is spotty at times, and I wish they had taken greater care with our home while they were working on it.

They were punctual, polite, communicated well and did an outstanding job. They needed to come twice for the mold remediation, the 1st time was to do the antimicrobial and cleaning, the 2nd trip was to add the sealant. They couldn't add it the first time as they needed the chemicals to dry thoroughly before adding the sealant. They actually came on a Saturday to do that as not to cause me to take another day off from work, which was greatly appreciated! In both visits, they cleaned up and did not leave a trace, you wouldn't haven't even known they were there. I would definately use them again and recommend them to anyone that is in need of this type of service.
