While I would love to be able to provide a review of the actual service we received I can not as he no showed twice. The first time we were advised by the technician that our service was not put into the calendar by the owner who made the appointment with my husband. We were very understanding as this is a busy time for oil burner service and everyone makes mistakes now and again (however this was a wasted half day out of work which is very frustrating) and made a second service appointment. This time we were assured by the owner that he would be performing the service and there would not be any issues. He was scheduled to arrive between 11-12 noon. Again my husband had to rearrange his day to accommodate a mid day service (as since we were blown off for our first appointment at a more convenient time we were now being squeezed in) and again we were stood up. Even if Dan Sturtevant provided the best boiler cleaning in the state I would not be willing to ever recommend them to anyone as there is a very high probability that they will no show more than once. This is simply no way to treat customers and run a business.
