Soon after the work was done, the soil had settled and created a concave effect where anytime it rains, water pools in the middle which has stunted the growth of grass and creates a general issue with drainage for our lawn. You can clearly see the area that dips below the lawn height around it. We discussed the drainage situation before the project, and it was understood that Jeremy was going to grade the area to push the water towards the property line, away from the rest of the lawn. This is not what happened. Last summer, fall and into spring of this year, I sent Bonner Landscaping multiple emails with photos and left multiple voicemails that have all been ignored. I recently filed a complaint with the BBB that has also been ignored. I never asked for money back, or demanded anything, I just requested he come over and talk about the situation. We feel the job we paid for was not completed, and we are left with a mud pit instead of a grassy area that extends our lawn.

The staff are great guys. They're always prompt and they call me ahead of time so we can bring our dogs in. They're great. I tell friends about them all the time.
