"Susannah is a GEM! We love her and will never hire anyone else to clean our house. She has great attention to detail and goes above and beyond. After she leaves, we just point out things she did such as “She cleaned my mouse pad!” or “She cleaned the toaster oven!” And praise her work. She is professional, reliable, and does such a good job. She is worth every single penny and more. We are so lucky to have her!!"

"Dennis and Joel were professional, prompt, and hardworking. We had 10 years of grime to get through and they really helped make the place sparkle. Spent extra time thoroughly wiping all baseboards and baseboard heaters prior to carpet cleaning. Also deep cleaned kitchen/foyer tile and grout and even the garage floor! Looks like new. Will use them again for sure."

"The Balzano family arrived promptly and got right to work.  I love the fact that they bring all of their own cleaning products and equipment.   In addition to house cleaning, I had Christina clean my oven.  I believe Jack cleaned our bedroom bathroom and what a wonderful job he did on our old shower.  I never got it as clean as he did!  The family is thorough, trustworthy, and very caring towards our dogs and cat.  Our house is fur free when they leave our home!

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

A professional cleaning service generally takes a few hours, typically between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the property's size and the severity of any stains. Keep in mind that wet cleaning methods will require additional drying time.

Window washing usually refers to cleaning dirt and other debris off of the exterior of your windows, while window cleaning is a much more involved process that addresses the outside and inside of the glass, as well as the interior components. Window washing is more to improve the aesthetic of your windows, while window cleaning can improve performance, reduce the risk of damage over time, and even improve your home’s energy efficiency.

Professionals use advanced, eco-friendly products that ensure effective yet safe cleaning.

Prices vary depending on window size, building height, and accessibility, ranging from $5 to $15 per window or $150 to $500 per service.

Hard water stains are caused by hard water. Hard water contains a lot of minerals, like calcium and magnesium. When water on your glass surfaces dries out, the minerals stay behind and stick to the glass. This results in a residue that looks like white cloudy or streaky spots. Call a pro to install a water softener to banish hard water problems.
