They were prompt and here before schedule.  They were here and done in one day.  Good quality.

He missed three of his self proclaimed start dates...extending the project from initial start date another 45 days.  
He did not do the work...had a helper who didn't speak english do the work.  The helper missed three sections of gutter.  Burke showed up at the project...started yelling/swearing at the helper.  Burke wanted the helper to speed up because there was another project for him to work on...my wife overheard this and was worried that something really bad was happening.  They left a short time after the yelling.  He said they had finished and left the invoice for payment.
 
I pointed out the obvious issues with the work..Burke said he would come back and check it out...he never did.  On his word that he would come back, I made the huge mistake of paying before I was satisfied with the work.  I never was able to get him to finish. 
Their quality is definitely poor, he talks a much better game than he delivers.  Burke is the type of contractor that gives other contractors a bad name.

. I discussed with the owner a concern about ice dam leakage and was promised a repair/investigation. When the crew showed up they knew nothing about our discussion and I had to call the owner to remind him of my concern. He called the crew immediately and relayed the message. The gutter work was performed as needed but I never did get a comfortable feeling that my ice dam leakage concerns were addressed.  

They arrived at 7 AM and worked all day covering the front part of the roof. It started to rain and they covered the lower roof with tarp to finish. It rained the next day as well but they came the next day to do the back part of the house and replace the gutters. They returned when we asked them to check and finish one corner of the smaller roof. Everything hand nailed.

Guys arrived and put tarps on one side and although prepared tarps for them they did not use anything on the back of the house. Am still removing old tile bits to this day. Old roof off very quickly - and what a noise it makes and shakes the house. New rook on, nailed on by hand rather than gun which allegedly prevents nails going straight through the tile. Flashing replaced - and lots of tar pour on. Now the tar is drying and large cracks are developing. Cleaned up - at least they tried but roof bits and nails are still being pulled out of the grass. Gutter was not address so I had to fix the "U" shaped gutted myself to prevent water pouring into the house. I called them up three times to fix the gutter but they never came - eventually stuck some aluminum between roof and gutter to fix the problem myself

There were a few mistakes. They didn't put any top boarding down to cover the old roof. I called them up afterwards for a couple leaky gutters. They never came back. The price was good, I think. They did a pretty good quality job other than that. The roof itself is good, but the attention to detail is poor and customer follow up is worse.

MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN OTHER ROOFERS I CONTACTED. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING PATIENTLY (AND MY HUSBAND HAD AN HOUR''S WORTH OF QUESTIONS!) SHOWS UP, NO EXCUSES.
