Superior Power Washing

This was our second time hiring Shawn to power wash our house. The first time was over 3 years ago when we were having a horrible blue algae problem on our roof. It seemed to have happened to most of the homes in our area around the same time. Our home is one of very few in our area that does not still have dark streaks running down the roof. Shawn got rid of the algae in 2014 and it never came back. This time, we didn't even need the roof done. He did the house, deck, sunroom and solar panels. He charges a fair price -- perhaps a little more than the local competition, but the degree of professionalism is worth it. He knows what he is doing. He is dependable and detail oriented. He is respectful of our home and our time.

Sean is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is prompt in returning calls/emails. He is understandably busy because he does excellent work at a reasonable price, so call ahead. We first became acquainted with Sean when we were unexpectedly hosting a funeral reception for a large number of people. He was willing to accommodate our emergency time frame, power washed our home and decks perfectly and left our shrubs/plantings in perfect condition. Since then, he has washed that home a second time and today our new home which is larger and has odd peaks and gables with a large deck and privacy fence. Except that everything was perfectly clean, it was as if no had been there. We can highly recommend Sean, and will have him wash our home and deck annually going forward.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the knowledge and service. First, he really understood house construction and where the wood could handle the full pressure and where a gentler approach was needed. The surrounding ground/plants were well protected. The process did not harm the house or deck siding in any way. He even washed the grungy lawn furniture which I thought was beyond hope. A knowledgeable professional.

House is large and peaks are high, and he had to be nimble and skillful in reaching some of the very complicated angles and reaches of the structure.  His work ethic is focused and efficient - the job was done completely and quickly.  The house looks as good as it did 11 years ago when construction finished.  The deck had been rebuilt over a year long period and the wood was three increments of weathering - Sean washed the wood to bring it to a close match in color with all three surfaces.

Outstanding work - would highly recommend Sean.  Will have him back in future to keep the house in its now great appearance.

Shawn was excellent to deal with and he did a fantastic job.  The house looks excellent, he is professional, easy to communicate with.  I would recommend Shawn to anyone considering having work done.  He offered a great special for booking early and I took advantage of that.  He also did the house across the street so I not only enjoy looking at my clean house but also the house across the street.

Shawn arrived promptly, reviewed the work to be done, and got right to it.  He even made sure his truck wasn't keeping me from getting my car out of the garage!  Several hours later, we walked around the house and examined his excellent work!  I highly recommend Superior!

I highly recommend Shawn Roy to anyone looking for a conscientious, meticulous, courteous and extremely professional power washer. Before coming to my house, Shawn gave me a fair quote that was $25 cheaper than another highly rated competitor. Shawn showed up on time and spent five hours washing my two-story, 2,800-square-foot house, stopping several times to examine his work and go over areas that needed further cleaning. Later that day, after the siding had dried and the sunlight was not directly shining on it, I noticed some streak marks in certain areas, particularly under several windows but not entirely limited to under the those overhangs. I contacted Shawn and the very next day, a Saturday, he came by my house to inspect the streak marks, which he said were due in part to a new detergent he was using and the channels in my home's window stools (sills) not having drain holes -- thus causing the soapy water to slowly leak out and down the siding. After he cleaned some of them by hand, he offered to come back a third time -- free of charge -- and power wash the entire back and side of my house where the streak marks where most prevalent. He followed through with his pledge, doing a thorough job to wash off the streak marks and some residual dust patches in some grooves. The house now looks fantastic. My only caveat is that Shawn attached his pump to my home's spigot for his water supply. This is the first time I have had a house power washed, so I don't know if this practice of using the customer's water is customary across the industry. My municipality charges a small fortune for our metered water usage, so I expect to receive a much higher utility bill this quarter. That said, i would still use Superior Power Washing again.

It went perfectly.  Shawn was able to schedule an estimate quickly, and he came back to do the job less than a week later.
Shawn and his team showed up on time and were completely professional.  Very friendly, clean cut, and respectful of our property.  They paid great attention to detail.  The job took longer than expected, but they stayed until it was done right the first time.  Work ethic like this is a rarity.
I would highly recommend Superior Power Washing, and we will be calling them again when needed.

I had called 3 contractors to perform a power wash on my home but after speaking with Shawn, his demeanor on the phone convinced me that he knew what he was doing. After booking, he showed up right on time and got started right away. His soft wash system eliminated all the mildew spots from my vinyl siding and got my gutters looking like brand new. He also touched up my deck and fence which now look like new again. I highly recommend him not only for his service but for his knowledge.

Did a great job and very easy to work with. Was able to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice to accommodate cleaning my house before a party. Also did the front steps without being asked for no charge.

Prompt. Professional.  Great service.  Results were better than expected.  A+++ for Shawn.   "Superior" is well deserved.

Shawn is the ultimate professional!!  His attitude and approach to his job are of the highest quality.  Our home has never looked better after a power wash cleaning.  He works very hard and takes alot of pride in his work.  He pointed out 2 problem areas that we need to address on the eave of our house.  Thank you Shawn for a job VERY well done!
