Called number in yellow pages for estimate. Call returned promptly. Made appointment for estimate. Arrived on time. Reviewed scope of work and gave verbal estimate. He indicated he could do work the following week. We called him a couple of days later to say we wanted to go ahead and have him do the work. Next day he delivered a written contract. Work was performed two days later as promised for the contract price. MacDonald delivered as promised. Very happy with results.
