Wow, Mr Fardy who is the owner of the business was the sole installer except for his contract electrician. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He is polite and very friendly and discussed the project as he went along to be sure I understood exactly what he was doing, And when the job was done he cleaned up and the charge was exactly as his wife Amy had quoted me on the phone. I would recommend him to anyone anytime and if needed would call him again and again. Great service Thanks.

Simply put Erik is reliable and prices are reasonable. He is a honest guy and I have always been pleased with his work and work ethic. I would recommend Reliable Radon in a heartbeat!

I emailed Reliable Radon in mid-August and told them about the air readings in my basement. They quoted me a price via email that was competitive with others I received. They proposed a date about 3 weeks out, which was fine. I'm sure they can come faster when a purchase transaction is hanging in the balance, but I wasn't in that situation. Erik showed up on time, ready to work. We discussed the location for the system that I thought was best, and he suggested an even better one that I had not considered. He installed the system, and just in time, his licensed electrician showed up to do the wiring. Reilable guarantees their work, but I haven't yet run the post-installation test to confirm the numbers are good. Erik is friendly, and loves to answer questions, by the way.

It went pretty good. He provided me a estimate over the phone and stuck to his price once the job was coplete. I met with 2 other companys that wouldnt guarantee result that the radon will go below the state levels but Eric did guarantee it, no matter what. The other 2 companys told me it would have been more $ if the system didnt work the first time. Last but not least he brought in a qualified, licensed and insured electrician to do the wiring. All the other companys wired them theirselves. I work in the insurance field and know that god forbid something goes wrong with the wiring a and quot;Radonand quot; company definately isnt insured and us as the homeowner will be in some trouble trying to make someone responsible. I has horrified that these other companys were willing to risk everything by wiring them theirselves. I would definiately call Reliable radon again.

They came in and gave us a quote and did the work quickly. It's all going great and works as promised.
