Car looked good, however there were a few missed spots. Other than that, everything was great!

The car looked fantastic! There was no staff there when I dropped my car off though and I needed to drop the keys through the mail slot. When calling this business, communication was not a very professional tone. The saving grace is definitely the quality of workmanship.

I bring my car there once a year in the Spring to get it detailed. They do an excellent job. Every. the car comes back looking dealership new.
Plus, their online scheduling feature was very convenient. Highly recommend.

Generally a good job except that the wheels were left grimy on this new car; no time to go back and have them fix. I'm sure they would, but it was a fairly obvious miss as soon as I got home and walked more carefully around the car looking up and down. interior and exterior otherwise well done.
Phone person scheduling is curt, no real PR finesse, but not expecting a lot for this task.
Overall, I would use again in part because decent job, but also limited options nearby; might otherwise try someone else.

I brought my son's ten year old Nissan to be detailed. The worker told me that some of the rust stains and ground in stains would probably not come out. They did a good job and answered any questions I had. They had air fresheners in the car to try to get rid of his smoke smell and all the inside surfaces looked great. It was ready on time and outside looked very good. The only thing I found strange is that they didn't vacuum the trunk even though it was empty.

Car was scheduled and prepared in a timely fashion.

My car was a totaly absolute mess. I had crackers all over the place, milk on my door looked like something exploded in there, thanks to a few road trips with the kids.
I dropped my car off @ 10:30, Tim was nice to take me home and called at 3 pm (when I requested it back) to come and pick me up.
I swear I almost cried when I saw the inside and out of my car. It looks brand spankin' new. Seriously, this is the place to go, I went back in to thank them.

I've schedule an appointment next week for my husband's car.

I called for an estimate and was told it would cost 100 dollars. I wondered if that was too high so I went to what I thought was another carwash to get a quote. Turns out it was the place I had booked and they still gave me the same quote. My mother's car looked "lived in," and I was tired of driving around in a messy car so I had it detailed. We will never drive in a messy car again!! White Water Rocks!
