Unbelievable! Fantabulous! This professional came out on a Saturday within an hour of contact. After fixing some of the problem, he left to get a part and returned again--driving, by the way, several miles several times--and voila! Problem solved. And his expertise was topped only by his I-Don't-Believe-It's-This-Reasonable charge! What a find for for our first, but certainly not last Angie's List professional.

This installation was ok. After 8 months, I had a problem with new torsion spring, on one side the cable loosened up and came off. I tried calling Wescott Garage Doors multiple times, to see if they (he) would come out and look at this issue. The work should be warrantied. To date NO RETURN PHONE CALL. On further inspection, I am noticing below standard work. The front handle, which I now need to use to open/close the garage door is falling off, the lock screws are coming out. Not sure what else is wrong. I have hired another company to come out fix all the problems. One would think that you would get a callback and that they would want to fix the quality issues seen to date.

I contracted to have 2 garage doors with openers installed. As part of the process, significant structural issues were uncovered and Wescott handled all issues in a professional way and the outcome was better than expected. Few companies can provide the additional framing services and few pay so much attention to detail. Very pleased.
