From my first visit with Arborist Jason through their completion of cutting and removing nine trees on my property and several more on my neighbor's property in addition to tree trimming, it was professional and first class throughout the process. What I saw was a company that just doesn't drop trees; they remove them with care and safety in mind. The entire crew was friendly and the equipment they use, starting with their huge crane to get at those tall and difficult location trees, was without a doubt one of the most impressive sights I've witnessed. The whole neighborhood seemed to come out and watch. It was pure "Art". Simply put. Timber Falls is Top Notch. I definitely was very impressed. And, No! I'm not getting anything for writing this review. This is simply sharing information about a company I was very happy with. Get a quote from them and experience the professionalism yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent work. Came in with the right equipment and crew and got the job done quicker and for less $ than I was expecting. Cleaned up after themselves. I had to minimal cleanup after but far less than I expected. After all this was 3 large trees that they removed. Even had to bring in a crane to remove 2 of them without damaging buildings or terrain. I got a great value for the money.

Arrived right on time with a fleet of vehicles. Took an extra tree down I had no had on the estimate no problem when I asked. Derek likes to climb. I think the bucket truck is boring to him but when he is hooked to the Crane look out. Its a show alright.

Derek was easy to coordinate and communicate with, the team did a fantastic job felling the trees in tight spaces and cleaned up everything! will definitely hire again!

I had a large tree fall on my car during a windstorm this weekend. Within 5 hours of contacting Timber Falls Tree Care the tree had been cut up and cleaned up so I can work with my car insurance company on damage assessment and repairs. And on a Sunday, too! I highly recommend this company :)

Derek was first to respond to my request. He gave me good price for what I needed and showed up the next day to do the work. I was fortunate to be located where I happen to fit his otherwise busy schedule. He did exactly what we discussed, and was kind enough to bid and complete some additional work while already on site. That saved me the need to negotiate a return trip. I can't rate site clean-up because I opted to do that myself to save money, (I did a good job by the way) but I can speak positively about the speed and efficiency with which Derek did his job. Very professional. Friendly but not excessively chatty. Seems to enjoy and take pride in what he does. Very positive experience.
