Staff showed up on time, was pleasant and professional, got right to work, but they missed some basic areas and the price was significantly higher than I have paid for this service in the past.

"We would like to thank [removed member name] for his review and his acknowledgement that our cleaning staff is pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, we were unaware of his concerns until he informed us after the second cleaning that he would seek other services. As clarification, with any new customer the first cleaning takes the longest and is always the most expensive ($360 in [removed member name] case). Subsequent cleanings take much less time and have a lower cost. SP Cleaning Services believes that most issues can be resolved with clear communication. We thank [removed member name] for his business and while we wish we had been given an opportunity to resolve his concerns, we hope he finds a service that suits his needs."

Staff is friendly and begin work immediately upon arrival. Susan has been diligent in keeping me informed of the time they expect to arrive and are there within that time frame. Any time we asked for an additional project to be done they accomodated us.

We use Susan's service on a bi-weekly basis. She is very professional as is her team. They do a great job consistently. We had one minor issue that was immediately resolved.
