They did a decent job, no complaints, and Mario is very nice and professional. But EXPENSIVE!!! I was quoted $130-$180, and was told it would likely be less because it was an EMPTY 2 bed/1.5 bath. I have a family member who is a pro cleaner and she said it shouldn’t ever cost more than $25/hour at the high end. Well, this was an easy job because the place was just normal, lived-in dirty — we had cleaned it top to bottom ourselves a few weeks earlier for the showings! It took 5.33 man hours (1 hr 20 min for 4 people), and ended up costing $210. And he said that was with a discount. That works out to $38/hour. I have a masters degree and have been in the workforce for 30 years and have never made that much money per hour! Guess I should go into cleaning. :-)
